Cameroon – Company: Cameroonian Entrepreneurs at the School of the Japanese Method “Kaizen”, designed to improve the productivity of enterprises

The Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA) has just trained 15 Cameroonian entrepreneurs on the so-called “Kaizen” method, which has proved its worth in improving the productivity of companies and the efficiency of employees at work.

Through this initiative, it is understood that JICA intends to set up in Cameroon a network of local experts of this method, who will then be responsible for popularizing it with SMEs, which could thus increase their yields simply because of a change of working method.

The “Kaizen” method, which is widely known in the world of industry, means “continuous improvement” in English, making it possible, through concrete actions, simple and inexpensive, to boost the performance of companies.
