The administrators of the national airline are already in Yaounde for a meeting that could lead to strong decision-making.
The information is official: a special session of the Board of Directors of Camairc-co will be convened for Monday 24 April 2017 from 3 pm at the Hilton Hotel in Yaoundé. The communication of the Camari-co announcing this appointment did not reveal the agenda of this meeting.
However, indiscretions indicate that Director-General Ernest Dikoum, appointed just eight months ago to replace Jean Paul Nana Sandjo, could be relieved of his duties. Other sources indicate that Ernest Dikoum would not be worried but rather that today’s meeting will take resolutions that will allow Camair-co to really take off.
Since last year, a stimulus plan with the expertise of Boeing, is being set up.
