An unnamed agent has declared that Cameroon’s Clinton N’Jie will not be short of options even if Olympique Marseille decide against signing him permanently.
The 23-year-old Cameroonian forward is currently on loan at OM from Tottenham Hotspur.
The French side has an option to sign the player outright at the end of the current season, but at this stage they have not given any indication that they will do so.
This will leave N’Jie to head back to Spurs, where he is clearly not a part of coach Mauricio Pochettino’s plans.
However Le Phoceen quote an unnamed agent who believes N’Jie’s reputation remains intact, regardless of Marseille’s course of action.
“A player who was bought for €17 million by a Premier League club has, whatever happens, an advertisement made all over the world,” said the agent.
“At least for three years, there will always be clubs paying attention to him.“
